Replacing a system by switching it off and switching something new on almost always goes wrong. We build the new version alongside the old and migrate step by step, so there is never a moment when everything has to work at once.
At ANWB we did exactly that: from their own data centre to AWS, with Kubernetes underneath and the existing solutions rebuilt as cloud-native services. The business-critical enterprise service bus went live in December 2025 and has run to full satisfaction since.

Landing zones on AWS and Google Cloud, secure by design. Fully EU-hosted, and set up for GDPR, NIS2 and DORA — not as a checkbox afterwards but as the starting point. For content platforms and e-commerce we have our own approach to this, under the name OnlyCloud.

Technical debt is rarely scheduled and always gets more expensive. We use AI to tackle that debt continuously: missing logging, lagging test coverage, dependencies going stale. The engineer judges, the tooling does the searching.

A half-hour conversation, free of charge. After that you know whether there is a fit and what a first step would cost. We usually start small: one concrete problem, solved quickly, and we go from there.
